Whether it's playing in your local area, country or home, I highly recommend you track down "The Big Green Rabbit Show", purely for the animation sequences. Having caught several dozen clips of the song montages (including the popular "Rhino Song") I took time to properly examine each and everyone. Granted, it's not pencil and paper, but the animators and designers behind them seems to have made a lot of effort to make them so wonderful to look at. With a good blend of tweened and smooth frame-by-frame animation, fantastic designs for every animal and a number of very catchy songs, this series is far more advanced than your average childrens show - and yet it appears to be so underrated. Too much focus on Dora and bloomin' Diego, far as I know...One particular scene I enjoyed most is the Stegosaurus song, with a belter of a singer behind the character in mind. Many nippers might not even get that this is a fun parody of "American Idol/X Factor", but for those who do watch and enjoy. Be sure to keep an eye out for the judges as well, who appear to resemble a few familiar faces... XD
